All deliveries made through GulfStarkw.com will be invoiced under the name Next International for Computers, the official parent company of the website.

Delivery timelines vary by product and will be clearly specified on the product page for each item.

We offer nationwide delivery across Kuwait. Orders are dispatched promptly after a successful payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, shipping begins once the system generates a confirmation email.

Products will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on your order, specific to each item.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including a valid address and contact number.

Upon delivery, the recipient or their authorized representative is required to sign a copy of the invoice and provide a name for record-keeping. This serves as proof of delivery and is retained by Next International for Computers.

If the customer is unavailable to receive the order, they may authorize someone else to accept the delivery by notifying our support team or the delivery driver through WhatsApp or email.

In the absence of any recipient at the time of delivery, our support team will attempt to reach the customer via message or email. The order will then be held for up to 3 days. If still unclaimed, the order will be canceled and the items returned to stock for resale.

Customers outside Kuwait can place an order and arrange courier pickup from our warehouse. Please note that Cash on Delivery is not supported for international deliveries.

Once handed over to the courier, GulfStarkw.com and Next International are not liable for any damage or loss during transit.

Orders from outside Kuwait will only be processed after the full payment is received in our bank account. GulfStarkw.com is not responsible for any courier delays or international transaction issues.
