Return And Exchange Policy

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Returned products must be sealed, unused, and in saleable condition with all accessories.

  • Customized Gaming Desktops cannot be returned.

  • Virtual products like iTunes and PlayStation Cards are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Virtual cards are delivered via automated email and are excluded from the 14-day return policy.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately.

  • Refunds may take 1 to 2 weeks due to internal bank procedures.

  • All orders (except Customized Desktops and Virtual Cards) can be canceled after placing.

  • Cancellations must be requested through the Order History section.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled through the site and must go through customer support.

  • Next International follows the official manufacturer warranty policy.

  • Faulty products will be handled as per the manufacturer's terms.

  • Customers will be updated regularly on warranty claim status.

  • Customers may directly approach authorized service centers for warranty if preferred.

  • Any damaged or faulty items must be reported to customer support within 2 hours of delivery.
